This project consists of the construction of a new, 2-story Administration Building for the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission and the Historic Preservation of an adjacent house built circa 1799 which is being converted into a rest area along the Delaware Canal.

The construction of the new Administrative Building includes a 2-story curtain wall along the front of the building.  The main structure is steel, load bearing with multiple areas of exposed structure.  Contributing to the industrial feel of the building, multiple areas will have exposed duct work and piping along with wood and metal finishes.
