Over seventy percent of our work is for repeat clients such as Carpenter Company, Lehigh Valley Health Network, PP&L, Sacred Heart Hospital, Diocese of Allentown and Air Products & Chemicals.

Our core values revolve around building client trust and satisfaction. We achieve this by viewing each new project as an opportunity to build a long-term client relationship forged by integrity and commitment. We strive to make our clients’ jobs easier and reduce the stress that can come with construction projects. Dan Puchyr

Daniel Puchyr

CFO

More About Dan

Modeling a strong work ethic and family-based culture, Dan focuses beyond just the physical building structure when taking on his projects. With forty-five years of “hands on” construction experience, 32 years at the helm as CEO/Owner of Bracy, and completion of over $1 billion of construction in Southeast Pennsylvania, Dan is still excited about Bracy’s next project.

Dan believes that putting himself in the owner’s position and understanding their initial project motivations are key to success. Financing, value of construction, schedule, and critical needs are all in the forefront of Dan’s mind as he collaborates with owners. It’s not the profits that should solely motivate every company decision, but rather the satisfaction of welcoming that owner back for a second project and appreciating the value within the community. This philosophy has served Bracy well with over 75% of their construction projects for repeat clients.

Dan is the 3rd CEO who has led Bracy companies over the past seventy years. His 45+ years of experience with the most challenging, diverse projects from negotiation to groundbreaking to that final ribbon cutting should provide owners peace of mind from the first handshake. Additionally, his commitment to family values and community involvement have set the tone for his employees and contribute to an ethical, positive work environment.

Dan is a graduate of Penn State University (A.E.), and Spring Garden College (B.S. Construction Management). He has served on the Advisory Board of Penn State Lehigh Valley, and is currently on the Boards of Holy Family Manor, and Catholic Senior Housing and Health Care Services, Inc.
