CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We approach construction management by acting as our clients’ advocate, providing transparency and mutual benefit throughout the preconstruction and construction process. Bringing us on as a partner early in the project cycle reduces our clients risks by offering budgeting, constructability, value engineering and other services at the beginning of the design stages.
Design Phase
Services include: planning and scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability analysis, and purchasing programs.
Construction Phase
Services include: full time project management by our team of experienced professionals including a full time field staff, project cost control, schedule control, change order management, quality control, and an ongoing safety program. Acting as your construction manager, we would manage the team effort to get your project designed and built in the most timely, safe and cost effective manner.
Post Construction Phase
Services include project close out documentation, which include interactive as-built drawings, maintenance documents, and warranties. In addition, Bracy can provide a maintenance plan to help our clients facilities staff plan for the future.
DESIGN/BUILD CONTRACTS
Bracy offers complete Design / Build services from land development and construction design documents through construction. Our “Turnkey” approach ensures a seamless completion of client projects. Bracy has successfully teamed up with top design professionals from not only the Lehigh Valley, but premier national firms as well.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
Bracy provides firm pricing based on complete design documents on a negotiated, not to exceed, or lump sum bid basis. We have developed a reputation for delivering projects of exceptional value to our clients, without sacrificing quality, schedule or safety. We rely on our extensive network of subcontractors and consultants to deliver your renovation, new building or addition while assuming the risk from our clients.
TRADE CONSTRUCTION
Bracy maintains its own staff of carpenters and laborers who offer a wide range of self-performing work, including: Select Demolition, Reinforced Concrete, Rough Carpentry, Framing & Drywall, Floor Prep, Fabrication and installation of Millwork, Installation of Doors & Hardware, Windows and Building Accessories.
