This car wash is equipped with the latest equipment and technology from MacNeil and ICS Controls and Vacutech. There is a vacuum system that is outside of the building and is completely automated. Instead of individual vacuum motors at each station, the entire row is powered by a large central motor. This also powers the vacuum in the detail bays, which are used to detail the cars from the surrounding dealerships.
The detail bays and building curtain have radiant heat which are in part heated by waste oil. Coordination was critical between our MEP subcontractors and the specialized car wash equipment and control vendors.
