Bracy was chosen to provide the Library at Lehigh Carbon Community College with a comprehensive interior renovation and building addition. Partof this 62,000 SF, $3,419,745 project was to construct a (2) sided complex curtain wall system. The aluminum and glass curtain wall reached a total of (3) stories in height.
Bracy was responsible for the general trades portion of this new three-story elementary school. Bracy’s contract totaled $3,097,436 for the 71,000 S.F. school. Bracy was responsible for the overhead and hollow metal doors, studs and drywall, column covers, athletic flooring, gym equipment, window treatments, toilet partitions and accessories, exterior wall systems and installing the elevators.
The $5,000,000 Berrier Hall Addition & Renovation project consisted of the construction of a multi level, multi phased renovation and addition. In total, approximately 57,000 s.f. of floor space was renovated. Also, a new glass curtain wall addition was added to the south elevation, to create space for a fitness mezzanine and cardio equipment.
The $7,727,081 Louis E. Deiruff High School project consisted of 160,000 s.f. of alterations and 60,000 s.f. of new addition.
Bracy’s contract consisted of: demolition, intricate millwork, fireproofing, hollow metal and overhead doors, drywall and studs, wood flooring, lockers/flagpole, signs, gym equipment, elevators and wheelchair lifts.
This $15,000,000 project consists of a major 70,000 s.f. addition and extensive interior and exterior renovations to the existing two story stone veneered elementary school. The existing elementary school was in need of upgrades and the Bangor School District also needed a major addition to accommodate the increasing population in the district.
Northampton Community College needed to change the old, industrial look of its campus. Bare concrete walls gave the campus a cold and uninviting appearance. The Community College Board decided to invest in a full campus wide resurfacing project to totally transform the appearance of the college. Needless to say, the expectations of the Board, college staff and students were high.
The Allentown Jewish Community Center found a need to renovate its facilities to better serve the community and reflect its long-standing tradition as a sanctuary in Allentown.
When St. Joseph the Worker decided to extend its parish community to include an educational facility, they selected Bracy Contracting, Inc. to lead the Pre-Construction and Construction phases. St. Joseph needed a facility to serve as an educational center for students from kindergarten thru eighth grade. This multi-story building needed to be constructed on a fast-track basis and within a very tight budget.
|When Lehigh University’s Whitaker Research Laboratory decided to upgrade to a new, state-of-the-art electron microscope, Bracy Contracting was selected to construct the critical areas to house it. Their selection was based on Bracy’s experience with similar complex, high-tech construction assignments.|
When St. Joseph’s the Worker sought to serve more of it’s parish community, the decision was made to add an addition to their existing elementary school. The addition would allow for services currently being housed in their parish center to be located next to their school.
|Bracy Contracting Inc. provided the construction management services for this $3.5 million, 35,000 SF laboratory and classroom addition to NCC’s conference and training center. The project was designed by Wallace & Watson Associates, PC, of Allentown.|
