St. Luke's Hospital
Operating Room Addition | Bethlehem, PA
The $1,552,290 project consisted of the demolition of existing space and the installation of two new operating rooms.
Work was done to raise the existing roof and demolish the old roof, all with complete precision and accuracy keeping the smooth operation of hospital procedures a top priority.
Construction occurred in close proximity to hospital operations and all work had to be completed within ICRA Level IV standards.
There were numerous safety measures implemented on the project because the hospital remained fully operable and functional during construction. In order to ensure a sterile and safe environment to the patients and hospital staff, dust levels, material access and removal along with noise levels were all carefully calculated and kept below minimum.
