Bracy was recently awarded a $3,300,000 contract for the general trades portion of the Cetronia Ambulance Corps Operations Facility. Construction is continuing through the extreme low tempuratures and the 65,000 SF facility is scheduled to open spring of 2014.
Bracy is pleased to have been the General Contractor on this Engineering News & Report award winning project. The Levitt Pavilion is the focal point of Bethlehem’s Steel Stack area, providing “open air” concerts throughout the summer. The former industrial complex is home to a new 9.5-acre arts and cultural campus.
Bracy Contracting Inc. is proud to have constructed the new Administration and Public Works buildings for Hanover Township. This $5,000,000 facility was constructed on the site of the existing Administration Building. Bracy was able to complete the two new buildings, along with extensive site work, without causing one day of lost time to Hanover Township.
The 41,000 square foot Jaindl Building was constructed at a total cost of $8 million. Utilizing approximately 20,000 SF of the building is the American Bank, with the balance of the area used as rentable office space. The roof is constructed of solid copper sheet roofing with copper dormers and vents. All roof gutters and downspouts are encased in limestone copings and brick piers to maintain the solid appearance.

|For Air Products’ Management Information Services (MIS) expansion, Bracy Contracting converted an existing office building into a printing facility with data entry and computer areas. Designed in-house by Air Products’ staff, the project demanded the continuation of on-going operations critical to Air Products’ business while construction took place.|
